Glastonbury is the largest in the world and anything can happen spaces music festival. Each year the main bands meet for three days on the outskirts of Somerset (England) to delight fans around the world with the best music. One of the highlights of this year, Coldplay, added his share of showmanship in interpreting Stayin 'Alive, a historical theme of the 70s.
The British pop rock band was responsible for closing the festival on the historical stage Pyramid Stage, and as part of his show was showcased with an exciting version of "Stayin 'Alive" by the Bee Gees. The big surprise was that Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay, called the dais Barry Gibb (only living member of the Bee Gees) and together they interpreted the above topic.
"Stayin 'Alive" became the anthem of the disco era of the 70's, also was immortalized in the film "Saturday Night Fever" starring John Travolta and Karen Lynn Gorney.
In addition, Coldplay and Barry Gibb also performed "To Love Somebody", another classic Bee Gees, this further from the disco and closer to the ballad.
