Before Bomba Estereo or ChocQuibTown already existed Sidestepper, the group of electro cumbia led by British DJ and producer Richard Blair in 1996, who as was recruiting Colombian musicians, gave way to an as compact as edgy sound project. He spent more than a decade since we heard of them.
Blair Sidestepper rearmed from his home in La Candelaria in Bogota, he took it in stride and left all the beats, loops and electronic signals to be delivered to the organic.
