BeY Perspective on Hi, Hello
Be You!! We are the BEY girls! BeY (Be Every You) is an independent american girl group that produces song covers and also makes original music. As we are inspired by K-pop : we sing, rap, dance and combine quality music with visual aesthetics.
Each of us come from a different background and our unique individual experiences drive us to push forward as a collective. Whether we had been training under a company or practicing in our rooms, we decided to chase our dreams and make them a reality. With members form both the East Coast and West we each bring our own individuality to the songs that we create and the lyrics that we write. Our group is intercultural with one member being Cambodian, one African-American, and one Chinese & African American. This diversity within our group allows us to push the boundaries in terms of how different cultures can come together and create something beautiful.
This release is more of an R&B and lo-fi pop kind of vibe. This song follows the journey of someone who went on a successful first date that blossomed into a full on relationship.
BEY likes to explore themes of self-confidence, love of both the self and other, and individuality.
