Have you heard about the latest comeback? It’s not about the Super Bowl 2016, nor the NBA All Star in Toronto, nor even couples getting back together. To all music fans out there, Craig David is back. It’s been a while mate! Guess all the R&B lovers, music lovers and party goers, are having a huge smile on their faces and getting ready to bounce through clubs again. After missing the music spotlight for six long years, the English musician is back on tracks. And wait! Oh just wait! He’s with the English grime, the big man from South London, Big Narstie.

Craig David is back and with him is a new single “The Bassline Drops”. The Englishman’s comeback hit was released November 27th of last year via Speakerbox Media. This is the lead single for his upcoming sixth studio album “Following My Intuition” which is intended to be released this 2016.

He could have never sung this song better, particularly when he’s highlighting the COMEBACK theme. In the song’s music video, Craig went back to his garage roots in United Kingdom. Now let’s get more critical now, “The Bassline Drops” is an electronic R&B song. Its beat and rhythm speaks a lot of Craig David’s craft. Let’s give it to him, he made club music more exciting and relaxing, yes, you got it right, relaxing. There’s some sort of smoothness about his music, indeed flawless music. What’s more interesting about the English garage performer’s new track is he tagged up with this big guy named Big Narstie. With all due respect to Craig’s flawless vocal cords, Big Narstie just added the spine to his creation. Living up to his name, the South Londoner came up big with his rap songs which add a tougher feel to the track.

The song’s meaning, oh well, shout out to all the ravers out there, all the party goers, he’s back! Craig David is back and all his listeners better not to miss this track, as stated in its lyrics. He’s all over our ”doot”, whatever it means, he surely came back big. Hands down to Craig David.
