LCD Soundsystem was born big. At the beginning of the century, its creators James Murphy and Tim Goldsworthy were about Yorkers working DJ music lovers and music producers who had been influenced by bands pillars of the post-punk movement as New Order, Suicide, The ploom and Siouxsie and the Banshees. In 2011 they separated in 2016 but joined again with the promise of releasing a new album and very soon will.
Since joining in early 2016 the band was touring by the major festivals in the United States, Europe, Mexico and Asia, however, they were forced to cancel several dates of concerts to finish recording the new songs.
The news came thanks to James Murphy responded via Twitter to a question from a fan. "Will we have news about the new album soon? ". To which Murphy replied, "Sure. We're working on it, but it will be soon. Winter tends to damage my voice, so end this was lengthened more than expected ". The dance-punk band has composed three albums: "LCD Soundsystem" (2005) "Sound of Silver" (2007) "This Is Happening" (2010).
