The popular British musician Ed Sheeran will face a lawsuit in US for the alleged plagiarism of his hit song "Photograph" she reported the US television network CBS. Composers Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard, authors of the song "Amazing" who played Matt Cardle on their debut album "Letters" (2011), presented on Wednesday a complaint in a court in Los Angeles arguing that the issue of Sheeran has "striking similarities "with his work.
The plaintiffs argued that both songs share "39 identical notes" in their choruses and demanded 20 million dollars for the alleged plagiarism. The song "Photograph", composed by Johnny McDaid and Ed Sheeran and part of the second album by English musician entitled "X" (2014), is one of the great successes of this young artist. This issue and its video accumulate in the Youtube platform more than 200 million views, while in the online music service Spotify song recorded to date more than 400 million views.
