Borns Spins Into Our Psyche

Song reviewed by:

Definitely struck by electric love on this one. Borns is originally from Michigan and somehow resurrected the glam and ethereal essence of Marc Bolan who was big in the late 60's to the mid 70's. If you haven't witnessed 'Electric Love' do so by watching it on a big screen. I had the pleasure of mistakeningly walking into a room filled with teenagers as they played the music video on their huge sports big flat screen. Because 'Electric Love' is literally the exact thing as being on a LSD trip (that goes well) without placing the tab on your tongue. Instead Borns infuses his music into your veins as the dopamine breathes oxygen into your now lifeless body.

The video shows everything from blacklit cheerleader outfits on the women dancing along to the song, BORNS a.k.a Garrett Borns himself filled up with electricity while playing guitar. From sparkling suits, neon animation and every colorful imaginative effect you can think of are produced within this music video.

More important is the fact that the music video doesn't feel like you are merely watching something, this is an experience that sticks with because your dopamine is sky-rocketing into the highest elevation of "feel-good" syndrome. Enjoy the ride.
