How was this song called created?

Answer:

My producer Genyus sent me a track entitled "Summer in LA" since I had just moved to the West Coast. I start thinking about things I love doing since I got here to California; like going to the beach and playing basketball at Venice. So when my writing partner and producer Jae Da Writer called me to discuss the song direction we turned it into a song about a first date, and the high and low of a budding relationship.
