Noc Beteck Perspective on Nice
I am an emerging independent Hip-Hop artist by the name of Noc Beteck.
My earliest memory of listening to music was when I was still a toddler child back in my home country of Cameroon, Africa. I was about 2-3 years old and I vividly remember my mom playing Phil Collins on the radio. The song was "Another Day in Paradise." Eversince that time Phil Collins has been my favorite music artist of all-time. Til this very day I still play a lot of Phil Collins songs, especially my favorite song by him "Another Day in Paradise" LOL.
I've always knew deeply rooted in me that music was what I was meant to do. Despise the different paths I took in life everything I experienced led me back to doing music. I had originally first started doing music back in high school. But after noticing the type of music I made didn't resonate with the locals because I stepped outside the boundaries of just making street and gangster music, I did music in secret and private for years for only my ears to listen too. It wasn't until 2022 when I had a "vision" that made me realize I was wasting my talent and letting my purpose in life slip away. So, after coming to this realization I then made the decision to pursue my purpose in life through music.

This song can play into Hip-Hop/Rap, Pop, and little bit of EDM. This song is a song for everyone. Different types of people can relate to this song simply because of my versitality to combine 2/3 genres of music into one song.
My sound and style has evolved to always fit the current times, but yet lets you reminisce a little about the past while giving you a glimpse of the future. I have a very unique sound and style and that's what makes me different. Knowing this gives me more confirmation that I was meant to do music.
I explore so many themes it just depends on the instrumental I chose to write a song too that brings out the theme of the track. I can create songs that talk about personal experiences, songs of inspiration, dance songs, club songs, songs about the future, songs about the past, educational songs, imaginative songs, etc. I am a very creative and imaginative versatile person when it comes to creating music, but I always stay true to myself in all my music.
