The intro begins with IU singing. Her voice is sweet and airy. She is accompanied by a guitar. The strums of the guitar stop everytime she sings a phrase which is cool. Afterwards, Myunghan sings with his clear and attractive voice. I love the quality of the voices of both the vocalists. It's really nice to listen to it because the two complement each other's voices.
The chorus comes in with a groovy beat. It's slow and smooth. Sometimes, there are parts in the song wherein IU's voice cannot be heard clearly due to the airy nature of her voice. It's almost like she is whispering and not singing. Nevertheless, it's still quite good.
I also want to say that Myunghan's voice is very relaxing especially when he does that falsetto part- it's really sweet. I love the way he sings it. Also, I absolutely love the part where they take turns in singing the "Bom sarang beojkot malgo."
After the chorus, the song is again accompanied by a simple background music and then another vocalist takes his turn. This time it is Sunggu and his voice is the opposite of Myunghan. It is raspy and airy.
The rap part seems to really fit the song. The rappers did well their role. I'm amazed by how they perfectly deliver their part in the song. It is pleasant to the ears unlike other rappers.
The song "Not Spring Love or Cherry Blossoms" is dubbed by many as "spring song" because of the overall feeling it exudes and the meaning of the song itself. The song is balanced in terms of vocal-accompaniment. It was fun and sweet. I really enjoyed the listening to the song!
