The Last Standing Band of the Rock Trinity

In our younger years, we have all gone through that emo and rebel phase. Don't deny it but we all listened to Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco, and My Chemical Romance while putting on eyeliner and getting ready to burn the world. For the longest time these three bands were considered the Holy Trinity of Rock. Until... My Chemical Romance disbanded and Panic! At the Disco only consists of one person now. Everyone grew up and had their own issues to deal with, but how is Fall Out Boy still rocking it after 15 years?

The band took a hiatus in 2009 after releasing their album Folie a Deux—now being considered their worst album, which I totally disagree with. After the long wait they came back blazing in 2010 with their biggest album yet: Save Rock and Roll. Ever since then the band has been active in the music industry. In fact they have recently been part of the motion picture “Ghostbusters”, with a new rendition of our favourite theme song along with Missy Elliott. We haven’t heard a new song from them since that but they are still going around with gigs like the recent Reading Festival and their Boys of Zummer in Chicago.

Their bassist, Pete Wentz, told the press that they’re able to handle the life they have because they are all the same. They all have families and a career to look after. They’re all trying to make it work and can relate to each other. Most of them may already be dads but they are still hot and rocking!
