Even though Weezer are not kids or teenagers anymore 'We Are All On Drugs' acts as a right of passage. In that complete coming-of-age declaration. Off of their Make Believe album, Weezer opted for a more brash approach as well as adding a subtle niche. While combing through this record thousands of times since it came out way back when. Nothing has ever quite come close to the traction of 'We Are All On Drugs'. 

Depending on the view point from either Weezer or the individual listening with headphones, a mixture of bliss and hopless damnation thrashes about. Nevertheless such a combo shouldn't be passed up, like all coming-of-age sequences...'We Are All On Drugs' embodies disillusion, circumstance, unyielding fun and a full on no one gives a rats ass about what is happening around them. Which allows this track to add the badge of no one cares and I care even less.
