Ahhh… Alicia Keys… how can I describe Alicia Keys? I remember when she started in her music career. She had a very noticeable and powerful voice. Her R&B style is definitely one that I love and this obviously points her out to being another singer on my favorite R&B musicians list. I love watching her work the piano as she sings a smooth and lovely melody. I remember a few friends of mine also crushing on her because of her beauty and sunny disposition. It’s no doubt that Alicia Keys is definitely a spectacular performer and when we hear something new about her, we want to know the details. Well, there is an announcement of her new music and when she is scheduled to perform.
To many listeners of her music, this is an awesome announcement and something many were long awaiting for. Alicia Keys announced on her social media account that her new music is finally on its way. As stated, she told in a personal video posted for her followers that she has been wanting to share news with them for a while now and pointed out how her followers have been asking for news on new music. With that fact, she told them that her new music has arrived and she would be performing it within the next couple weeks.
As she has told her followers the exciting news, her announcement has already gained its own schedule in performance. Alicia Keys will perform her new music on Saturday Night Live, May 7. She has expressed how she is excited to be performing in “her city” (New York City) and stressed how it’s the best city in the world to her---her hometown.
On some other news, still involving Alicia Keys and with her new music aside, she will be joining the panel of coaches in television show, “The Voice”. She is going to be a coach during the show’s upcoming 11th season.
Well, with the news and schedule placed out there, all we can do now is patiently wait. I can only imagine her possibly gliding on the piano and singing or just in center stage---and in any case, spotlight is on her.
