Linkin Park has backed more than 300 events organized in memory of Chester Bennington in various parts of the world, just over a week after his death, Variety reported.
The singer of the rock band took his life on July 20 at his home near Los Angeles.
Some of these acts have taken place, such as those in Burbank and New York. Others are on the agenda until October, and will be held in cities in Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America and South America.
Fans can get recognition from Linkin Park for the acts they organize, creating a public event on Facebook and then sending a message to the band.
The instructions are posted on Google, where there is also a list of the tributes planned so far. There are still none to be held in Venezuela.
Mike Shinoda, a member of Linkin Park, gave the information to the fans through his Instagram account.
