In this new song, Selena aims to reflect by singing an obsessive couple sexually. The singer showed part of the video of this single at the end of the video clip of her previous track: Bad Liar .

Although Selena was in a relationship with the Canadian singer The Weeknd during the recording of this song, this issue has nothing to do with her partner. Selena commented on this during an interview on June 9, 2017 on The Zach Sang Show:

"I think for me, I like to keep things separate ...
