New look and new album, after brand new haircut, the American singer Katy Perry returns to reinvent itself with its fifth album of study, "Witness", that goes on sale soon. And judging by the three breakthroughs of his 15 tracks, from "Chained to the Rhythm" to collaboration with Nicky Minaj "Swish Swish", promises to be another resounding success on the dance floor. In an interview with dpa in Berlin, Perry, 32, says that the terrorist attack in Manchester after the concert of her friend "Ari" (Ariana Grande) left her "shattered". In addition, unwittingly revealing details of "Witness", talks about how the new United States of Trump and its secret to live with 99.6 million followers on Twitter.
"During the US election campaign he openly supported Hillary Clinton. How do you deal with the current situation in the United States?

- It has almost 100 million followers on Twitter. Have you ever considered taking a break from social networks?
-Yes of course. It is very important and super-healthy. Probably in the future my pendulum will swing in another direction ... We are truly at the top of all this noise. At some point I'll try to get out, find a really quiet place. But not yet, first I want to release the album.
-Don't switch off the smartphone from time to time?
-All of these devices create a lot of addiction. Can you imagine the kind of admiration that someone like me can receive at the push of a button, and at the same time the kind of hatred? Not only are there flowers, luck, rainbows and unicorns. There are many positive and many negative things. I'm not going to lie to him and say that I'm good at controlling it, it still generates addiction, but I intend to turn off my smartphone every Sunday. It is a kind of future challenge: a day to disconnect and take a break.
"Do you consider yourself a freak of self-control?"
"I have to learn to let go, so I do. In the past I was rather a controlled person, a retailer. But I've begun to understand that there are many things I can not control.
Perry was born in California Santa Barbara in 1984, daughter of Pentecostal pastors. It debuted in 2001 with a gospel album under the name of Katy Hudson, but the international success came seven years after giving the jump to pop with the single "I Kissed A Girl" from his album "One of the Boys."
