Phoenix announced on behalf of his next album

The French indie rock band Phoenix formed in 1995 returned to the stage after a 3 year absence. To celebrate the occasion, the band took advantage of the moment to release several songs like "J-Boy", "Ti Amo" and "Role Model".

The event was held at the Muziekcentrum Trix in the city of Antwerp, Belgium, where the band showed the new songs and is expected to release their next material, successor to "Bankrupt" that came out in 2013.

This was announced by the band itself, when it announced that its sixth album will arrive next June 9 under the name of "Ti amo". According to an interview for the New York Times, the new album "will come out of the dark" and was recorded in the city of Paris.

According to musicians and producers who have had the opportunity to listen to the album, they have described it as "an incredibly colorful album", "an Italian album and summer" and "reformed and transformed into a technology incubator, museum and concert hall ".

The French band recently made a theme for a Calvin Klein commercial, directed by Sofia Coppola.
