The singer, songwriter and guitarist went through a period of introspection and artistic search until sinceró as a soloist as Gustavo Casas and those looking. Theirs is a hopeful indie pop bohemian folk petting. He surprised with the video for "Green and" as first preview of this production in which externalizes all abstraction that governs his personality. Feels maturity, the stories speak of a sensitive character, marked by human exploration and reunion of his own condition maker of songs, especially minimalist; those that engage in proprietary universe of a singer stripped of all media interest. More than a return to its roots sound is a twist to its intuitive essence.

Since the harmonic influence of Los Angeles Negros, Pedro Infante and José José, melodies still approaching to jazz and blues. OCTAVIO SUÑÉ - ALL

A dozen songs portray the vicissitudes of Octavio and define it as one of the survivors of that generation of Venezuelan independent musicians who understood the commitment to their art and the public. In this album a new artistic and personal challenge was raised. It is dense, sometimes feels a pain in his voice. Songs with a personal musical atmosphere sonorities parallel phrases like taken from the literature, guided by metaphors. Sebastian Ayala (La Vida Boheme), Tomas Mena (Joystick, ChuckNorris), Luis Clavell, Leonardo "The Kmaron" Jaramillo (Okills), Victor Rodriguez (humanoids, Charliepapa), Pablo Fernandez (the same people), Pedro Guevara (Barbara Victoria), Jesus Vasquez (Percucello), Camilo de Castro (a Lo Flamenco), Joaquín Phelan (Lebronch), Adrian Corridor, Leyxer Cardoza and Mariaca Semprun make their contributions in the twelve tracks of this plate produced by the Suñé itself. It is also this complicity and camaraderie providing breaking a curse for him, to give continuity to their projects.

GRANDMA 'S DISCO - GENERATOR

This board retains some privacy and quiet. Its eleven tracks denote a search: the understanding of love relationships, everyday, human, including the political environment that musicians are no strangers. Fauadz Kassen (vocals and guitar), Fuaz Kassen (Guitar), Arnoldo Freitez (Low), Ignacio Landaez (drums) and Eduardo Daza (synths) show on their second album a strong sound while exposed pop and acoustic side last December with the theme "patterns of peace", a call for reflection on the social problems experienced in Venezuela; now they embark on a ochentera ode in songs like "Eve Fairy" along with a video directed by vocalist Fauadz where keyboardist Eduardo was in charge of art design, editing and production.

Rawayana - TRIPPY CARIBBEAN

The third production Rawayana places them in a privileged position. They assume a sound risk that while it seemed obvious, its implementation in practice had its considerable edges. The Trippy Caribbean was produced by José Luis Pardo, former guitarist of Los Amigos Invisibles and fundamental part of The Cream Paradise. From its distinctive reggae, there 's a good direction in the approach to funk and dance, from a carefully designed shape. Of course it stands Caribbean, soul sneaks and continue flirting with hip hop thanks to the invitation they do to Apache. A sense of humor as the basis of their lyrics are reinforced with maturity. Rawayana musical achieves a high status in the country, which was built quietly on stage. And they go for the ten years since they began this sound journey and this accumulation is evident in experience and lucidity.

FRIED TOMATOES - FRIED TOMATOES

The band released a dozen songs that come at a time when the group takes a new turn in his career: bet their eighties influences, leaving behind the southern-rock that took advantage in their previous jobs. Here stands the stylized guitars and the conscious use of synthesizers. A part of the album has a feature new wave, flirting with synthpop, even using the falsetto vocals and some nods to post-rock. Singer and composer, Reynaldo Goitia, addresses the issue of repentance, disappointment and search, drawing a line between hope and despair. No doubt this is his riskiest to work now. Tomates Fritos is less happy and more conscious, and in the course, lucidity and discernment than two decades of training give a consistent result, a product of conscious work of a group always persevering.

#YEI - SWEEPING DEBRIS AFTER PARTY

The artist engages a series of ideas and positions on the basis of sonorities that despite the use of synthesizers, lyrical gives organic loading weight. A plaque sounds exorcism personal discomforts, the policies and exercise of musical influences that intertwine by #YEI motivations. It mocks the perfect love, suffers loss, invokes the squalid milicos, shoot communists, nephews of the narco family, sifrinas girls good walk, the bolichicos, used presidential messages, throws to reggaeton, pointing to the actors with airs of mayors. Nor omit your search with optimism. Sarcasm and black humor is the leitmotif. Pop, ambient, indie, big beat, trip hop, funk, acid-folk, rock and roll and sound wit intermingle in the proposal. #YEI Rising from the ashes expelling the most notable disappointments of his compositional notebook, which the restless trunk loudness got its natural evolution.

PUBLIC DISORDER - DANCING ON THE RUINS

Public Disorder sniffs again and builds a picture of Venezuela hit, making an optimistic statement construction and endurance. It dancing on the ruins is a contrast of what it meant ten years ago the Star of Chaos (2006) album, which although criticized the scene of confusion was coming, it now appears as a training or survival guide for coping current cataclysm. Before they warned what we live and now presented as a sign that their social and prophetic thesis has been fulfilled. It has a particular and accurate perception in the implicit message. Celebrate and enjoy despite the tragedy. There is a humanitarian shell to the rhythm of ska with distorted guitars that triggers the essence of public disorder. The mood salsero, construction and maintenance of latinoso seasoning magnifies the band and metaphorically connects to the boiling state of a volatile nation. This new work is full of goodbyes, political overtones, announces the joy of those who choose to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hope Prevails, searching, internal reconciliation. Cultural pride deepens between satire, humor and rant, acclimated within the ska area, reggae, fusion, Latin rock and development of distorted sounds that, at this point is the trademark and characteristic language of Public Disorder as an institution active in contemporary music of Venezuela.

LUIS IRAN - METAMORPHOSIS

In eight issues and in a little over thirty minutes describes Iran, unpretentious, his personal reality and adapt to a new musical and human situation. The value of his work has more to do with the continuity and resistance with the speed of time. His role as a father leads him to think about the world in which lives with his three year old son, Lucas Reyes, the protagonist of the album cover. Metamorphosis was a new challenge in his career, solo, spiritual, moral and human reinvention, in which the narrative of his songs becomes part of who hears and connects. His melodies trace the personality of a musician who opts for compositional structures with authenticity and personality. The superlative value of this production is in the message. Across the sidewalk, where social breakdown, political chaos and human decadence, his letter on the family is seen, plays a motivating role. It is the simplicity and honesty from paternal commitment that triggered this excellent album, the best of the year so necessary and unexpected.
