Uptown Funk in legal trouble

Artist reviewed by:
SongBlog

Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson face a lawsuit for "Uptown Funk". "Collage" a ochentero group says that plagiarized his song "Young Girls" in 1983. The group says that many of the parties and musical harmonies were deliberately copied and guitar rhythms and entry of some instruments.

The TMX website posted a statement Ronson. This explains that he was inspired by a scene from ElectroFunk 80s.

The band of the eighties seeks compensation for damages and profits. We have to wait to see how events unfold in the meantime I leave the two issues to do their conclusion.
