The "Super Groups" continue to break the patterns of music. The craving to experience new sounds and open to new musical ideas have always reinventing are satisfied. This is the case of DARK
Historic bassist of The Smiths, Andy Rourke, the lead singer of The Cranberries, Dolores O'Riordan and producer and composer Ole Koretsky had been working on the idea for some time in this 2016 decided to make public the musical project that comes with DARK his first album entitled "Science Agrees" and will be released in the coming May 27 under the producer "Cooking Vinyl".
The musical project began five years ago when Rourke and Koretsky made a series of touches in nightclubs with his band Jetlag in Washington DC From several meetings with O'Riordan, bassist of The Smiths began to share their creations with the singer, who in turn he got excited and began to participate in the creative process by adding their arrangements to the songs.
Once composed the musical trio, the musicians met in Ontario, Canada, to record the songs they had worked, as was the first single, 'Curvy' pop sound of the eighties, with danceable melodies and notorious electronic influence and new wave.
DARK start a tour of five dates, starting on May 13 in O'Riordan's hometown, Limerick, Ireland and the May 23 in Milan, Italy.
The debut album consists of ten songs.
