Cannonade night New Year's Eve in Caracas will be enlivened by the pealing of coastal drums Tambor Urbano Venezuelan group.
In the Plaza Francia de Altamira it is planned celebration of the traditional closing party where the music and the joy of these conspire to receive with joy the coming year.
Tambor Urbano, Venezuelan folk group, will tour the different rhythms belonging to each area of the country accompanied by the rhythm of the drum and the sound cumaco of bodyguards.
In this celebration, scheduled for the night of December 31 from 9:00 pm until 1:30 am, they will also attend the orchestra of Alfredo Naranjo and El Guajeo, and the piper grouping Maracaibo 15.
Alfredo Naranjo on the vibraphone and the musical direction of The Guajeo, will be in charge of filling the square with the style of salsa and Latin jazz that has earned him recognition in Venezuela and elsewhere, accompanied by a poster of prestigious musicians.
Maracaibo 15 members, however, will be the representative of the piper season. Founded by Betulio Medina four decades ago, this group has been responsible for the creation and dissemination of historical bagpipes as Amparito, La Moza, Black of tamunangue, Old year, Come hug, La Dorotea Black, The cannonade, among others.
This celebration will be free entry for all those wishing to take to the streets of Caracas to wish a happy new year.
