Frank Sinatra, the voice behind the microphone

On Saturday December 12, the music world celebrated the centenary of the birth of singer and actor Frank Sinatra, nicknamed worldwide as "The Voice".

This artist is interesting, especially because his fame, and taste to his style, are traits that have transcended generations, although it became widely known to the decades of the forties and fifties, today still is remembered frequently and virtually no one who does not know who Frank Sinatra, regardless of the age of the listener.

Not only is "My Way" melody that was announced on an international basis, but many other topics, such as "Something's Stupid", "Moon River," "Strangers in the night", and more.

But "The Voice" is credited with two interesting anecdotes, which more than overshadow the talent of Sinatra, extol him and place him as an artist in the broadest sense of the word.

The first is that because of the circumstances of birth, where his mother had to be assisted by a forceps, the baby was with a broken eardrum, a terrible thing for a musician.

The other is that, despite being called "The Voice" was not precisely what Sinatra would uneaten. But he did something special: thanks to him, the singers who came after him, and even today, owe the grace to use the microphone to amplify what little nature has given them. With Sinatra, a capella talent show ceased to be a challenge; and what precisely he had plenty of this talented artist was his great musicality.
