Tim Kile Goes the Distance on New Release

Austin, Texas-based recording artist Tim Kile just released his solo debut album and after years as a band member for groups 'Wild Light' and 'Arcade Fire', Tim is ready to showcase his own original sound in a ten song full-length album. 

The album, "These Things Are Being Gathered For The Fire" is comprised of ten songs, six previously released singles and four new pieces. The Indie rock-pop album is a true testament to Tim's careful lyrical consideration and musical skills on instruments such as piano, guitar and bass.

While songs such as "Wasteland" and  "Jeremiad'' held a more traditional rock sound, "Family Tree" and "Nightbird" held a softer, more mellow rock undertone. The songs “My Medicine" and "Witness", have a more upbeat doo-op feel and songs such as "Buddy Holly/Seazons" and "Providence" showcase a more ambient, experimental side to Tim's music. However, though every song is distinctly different, there is a connecting underlying tone of romanticism and intrigue that connect all the pieces together in an addicting way.

"These Things Are Being Gathered For The Fire" are 44 minutes of pure aural ecstasy that make you want to listen again and again!
