One man band Day Wave's single Stuck has soothing musical undertones in relation to its subject matter, a persona who is "stuck" in a point due their love for another. The persona of the song goes:

The first two lines speak for themselves but it is the latter lines that show how deep this song can go, in that every person not only falls to the charms of the persona but finally, someone has noticed that the persona does draw such people towards and points it out, much to the chagrin of the persona. The "stuck" metaphor also indicates how the persona in unable to move on from the thoughts tha plague them. When they fall in love with said person, this happens:

Here, it becomes more clear what the "stuck" metaphor is: the persona is completely enamored by the charms of the person. To this, they attempt to "run away" from the waking thoughts that they have of this person, to no avail, hence them being "stuck" in a particular space of thinking.
