"Lost Boys" is the lead single from UK dream pop duo Still Corners' (British vocalist Tessa Murray and Austin-born multi-instrumentalist Greg Hughes) upcoming LP Strange Pleasures. Written via the seclusion and peace offered by the English coast, the album promises to be an exploration of "stories about inner darkness and themes of love, loss, death and hope":
"This album is an expression of our fears and our desires in an effort to get a handle on our past experiences and the world around us. The more you know your own darkness, the more you can control those triggers to prevent all out wild fires in your own life. There's an old Native American tale where an elder tells a boy about the two wolves that live in his heart. One is love and one is fear. They are in a battle. The boy asks, well 'which one wins?' The elder replies, 'the one you feed most.' A big part of winning that battle against fear is knowing what triggers it."

The dark, brooding and pulsing track is a meditation on Murray's past relationships with 'troubled guys', featuring minimalist lyricism, an open-ended chorus, haunting instrumentation and a guitar solo near the two and a half minute mark:
There are boys Like fading coals, lost souls Switch blades in tribal ways There's good and evil in their eyes Lost Boys I love those Lost Boys Lost Boys Where are those Lost Boys? They're so lost in love They're so lost in love There are boys in the twilight zone, alone Saints with sins and heroines There's good and evil in their eyes Lost Boys I love those Lost Boys Lost Boys Where are those Lost Boys? They're so lost in love They're so lost in love
