Post Animal follow in the steps of psychedelic rhythms and mind bending instrumental loops consisting in their track 'When I Get Home'. From their album 'The Garden Series' Post Animal has no problem with spewing out tripped out vibrations, radiating and taking off fully as the song hits the 4 minute mark. What 'When I Get Home' accomplishes is the prediction of not giving out or slowing down to a stop when the 4 minute mark takes off. Instead of loosing steam and coming to a stand still, Post Animal open up the track and convey a simplistic evolutional concept and allow the track to breath.
Between a synth heavy introduction, the drums add an excellent caliber of flavor, that could easily be soaked up within all of the effects exposed within 'When I Get Home'.
What is unexpected is the firm expectation that Post Animal excite the senses and essentially play with sounds enticing the mind and executing a vibrant taste of instrumental explosion. Besides a just nature where most bands take off into the psychedelic realm of possibilities, Post Animal tap the hand of psychrock and expose an unopened door to a whole new responsive spell on psych. Which ultimately feels like some trap of a twisted language everyone would want to experience.
