Bitter and Sweet

Rhye has a way of showing clarity and relationship ecosystems (a mouth full, I know). Rhye is a duo and not a single singer-songwriter venture (because at first that's what I thought until much needed research was done) and this duo found a way to inject a way of combining relationships with music. That may sound a bit weird but listen to their single 'Open' and tell me that you can not bypass that song and not see a relationship you've been in or are certainly experiencing that has this track as the background music.

Rhye has been considered a slow R&B, Electronic, Indie concoction that without a doubt found a way to include the beats without loosing touch of the refined production scale. Meaning, that production aftermath can easily destory a track by either including an over loud of too much electronic signals or simply feel non-personal like music should.  In their music, you can actually hear individual instruments, you can hear each pluck, push or hold have it's place.

Chilled out, sexy or soul improving may be a few descriptions for 'Open'. However, you can not deny how the song has a pull towards an ever too real reality. Whether someone is closing off to you or the one you love has started to fade from your vision. Rhye found a few notes and keys to show the way and talk us all through it to the very bitter sweet end.
