Darkest Ocean presented by All Tvvins has traces of that infamous Indie credit that is hard to well...discredit. However, All Tvvins have a sense to test the waters (no pun intended) to shake up the grounds that are the foundation of the Indie genre. With a Coldplay likeability (depending on the person because Coldplay either tend to have people that like them or hate them) mixed together with Bon Iver...if Bon Iver where to pull a Bob Dylan and go electric. Now I know that sounds like a stretch especially in today's standards.
All Tvvins as a duo, show tremendous promise by not sounding like a duo. Having the collectable space to make stadium induced music (basically making music louder than your average duo). Inter-laced beats that bounce off of guitar riffs and rhythms, filtering the drums to combat the negative space around the room. Somehow using the untouched silence that fills a room and loading up the amps to press out any form of musical instrument that is present. Even though it may sound as a thousand instruments go off at once...it doesn't come off has horrid. A significant sophistication plays out which ends up being All Tvvins prime number one sound that will help them stand out from the Coldplay influences.
