It always astounds me just how long a great album can stay relevant for. Grimes fantastic album, Art Angels, blew away all comers at the end of 2015 so it's a nic surprise that we have another new video well over a year later. The video in question is for grimes' collaboration with Janelle Monáe Venus Fly: a real contender for the albums best song. The video is the now typical Grimes package of beautiful, halloucinagenic images, mad costumes, and brilliant direction from the artist herself. It is a song, and a video that leans into what makes both artist so incresible: their distinct personas and their challanging yet accessable music.
