Rap Hip-hop

My Name Poppeye real name Derek Mcneal Music Artist Visual Artist Commercial Artist Business Entrepreneur writer poet and Music composer

Because I feel as if life is a challenge like a card game that you play hard to win so royal flush was I thought that came to my mind when living life and thriving through the obstacles and changes

The youngest I remember listening to music I was about four and a half years old

I decided that I want to become an artist when I first turned 16 years old but I realized then I was not ready for what was a head of me especially trying to pursue to be the first eclectic artist with no boundaries

I would say that my style has changed drastically a new sound a new look not too flashy but a coordinated style a different voice and unique voice and different styles of things that I have learned pertaining to music

The theme's I explore throughout my music Gothic theme Rockstar trap star even contemporary themes

The person I would love to go on tour with would have to be Missy Elliott because her style is so unique it reminds me of me and her style is so unfiltered she will be the perfect person for me to tour with she has lots of credibility with her skills of singing and rapping and writing

I would describe my favorite artist's music to someone as when you looking to get away play this particular song or listen to this artist my favorite artist no matter how you're feeling

I would describe my music as open and unfiltered but meaningful understanding makes you dance and move makes you cry and groove makes your mind set apart yourself it opens a realm inside of you that only my music can take you to a place where you can only find in my music something different but yet meaningful

It would be Tupac because he was a true lyricist he spoke what was on his heart and mind he was fearless and he stood his ground it was a very talented artist a true poet showed his passion and his hostility in his music

One of my favorite songs I have wrote it's called hiding low it was one of my first songs R&B track I wrote when I was 11 years old it's my favorite because I put my heart into it my time and I used my testimonials in my life to write this song

Mariah Carey Missy Elliott and Tupac these are my favorite artists and they inspired me a lot and every time I hear their music my spirit gains and urge to want more to be like them and better and through my hard times these three artists that music will lift me up

My performance would look like a big super bowl that would be lights flashing dancers acrobats it would be astonishing to the eye very entertaining color coordinated gifts prizes t-shirt giveaway calling fans upstage to sing with me to dance with me it would be the most amazing thing ever it would be in comparison

My dream artist is Mariah Carey but I would love to collaborate with Chris Brown

I would have to say on the Metro rail train

I want people to feel secure confident brave strong-minded

Crazy sexy and grooved...

My favorite way of sharing my music is face to face or walking up to random people letting them listen and get their opinion sometimes I share online certain associates or other musicians that I know

Yes I practice a lot I can say that my practice has gotten more critical and more advanced I would say I'm proud of myself

The most memorable response to my work what's when I went to the studio and it was so welcoming the engineer the studio how passionate he was to work with me it was amazing the gear that was there the equipment it was very nice I enjoyed myself it was very memorable for me

My definition of success for an artist is to reach as many fans as you can reach out to your fans with positivity encourage them. Doyour shows building your platform gaining royalties and being respected as a full-time artist making it application on how you carry yourself

I plan on being a game changer because of my style my voice the way I dress the way I coordinate myself my positivity my wisdom my talent my grace

I believe the role of an artist is to protect the innocent be a voice for those who are innocent and weak stand up for people who cannot stand up for themselves I believe they are supposed to help people the communities their role is to be there for those who need help and to have patience and understanding and to realize that your position is a blessing and to be a blessing to someone else help the neighborhood centers promote good health good insights good intentions take care of your neighborhood and what's around you

Almost falling off a stage not being able to control a stampeding crowd outrage fans obsessed fans

Microphone not working outfit not fully complete or design properly in time for an event arriving too early arriving too late

I would change how inconsiderate some of the producers are about the artists they have less concern about them their well-being their health their addictions they're silent cry they're not empathetic if they should be I would like to change the industry and make it more love by caring for the artists checking on them making sure they're healthy making sure they're not being addicted or illumed just because they have money I will be more concerned about the same thing of the artist not just the money

Painting ,supervising warehouse designing, barbering, banquets, tattoos, catering

It has even motivated me more to be the best that I can be at whatever I do and realize that one talent pushes the other

Yes it has made my life lonely but I'm comfortable with that because I don't want to drag no one along with me and destroy their time and my journey is not a part of their lives so yes it's a very lonely journey but sometimes it's better that way it's safe that way...

I see it as a good thing I see it as a way that you can liberate others and bring them to a place where you stand and being able to to accept what is before you and make it better in time

I really can't say I love them all

Android 3000 usher and Lil Uzi

Don't trust people keep your head up and don't look back

Yes my whole life I always dreamed of being a music artist

My goal is an artist is to make my own record label and find unique artists from across the world

Michael Jackson never can say goodbye this song was very controversial because it speaks something that no one really wants to do but we all have to say goodbye it was successful track and the meaning of it is very stand forth

I can be identified with any mediums of art because I'm an artist I love art I love music I love to draw I love to paint commercially visually I feel as if it is all a part of me I can be identified with them all

I think that my twitter account plays a good role in my music platform

being able to voice my opinion and also stand behind my music make blogs and counteract with my fans

yes I have seen these particular Apps make advertisements and mention the artists that are being promoted

It has worked for me as a tool to inspect my music and have feed back from true inspirators and other Artists against my career in ways of people being negative remarks and some people are just unencouraging

i think facebook is a good app it promotes well on

I love Soundclick App its nice to release music there true fans and true feed back from artists around the world from different Genre's

yes i find it necessary to keep up with the wave of music and stay tuned to the music buzz and the latest billboard music and videos's it keeps my music relevant by being updated to the latest

My favorite type of music is Lo-Fi Rap and Rock Music to follow love the vibe

Yes most definately would have loved to relese music in that time frame it was more classic and inviting

Yes i have utilized social media to finf more music and support other artists and stream their music

havent started any trend yet soon to come

Ed Shereen Dancing in the Dark

i believe its a 50-50 thing but it levels itself due to algorhythm and reaching out to your fans and staying updated and fan interaction

The only thing i would alter is age limits and and content evaluation

My struggles my pain my testimonials and circumstances that i over come

I was holding a Deck of cards in my hand and i looked at them and said royal flush is the strongest play against any play designed to attck i a card game subjecting it towards my life instead and saying life is game of crds strenghten your play and hold your ground
