I was about 5 and 1/2 years old when I started to be more in tune with music

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

My background plays into this song because I always had dreams that I have not pursued yet so it relates to coming in as a late artist fighting the odds and persevering

Answer:

My name is Poppeye my real name is Derek Mcneal I am a Music artist I specialize in poetry singing hip hop and rap eclectic music I am a writer Ghostwriter music composer into different types of pallets of music.

 

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

The moment in my life I decided to be an artist was a young teenager but through my trials I see that I was not prepared as I should have been and wanted to be

It plays into hip hop and rap genre

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

My style has evolved through fashion media and also styles from older artists I consider legacies my sound has evolved due to the modernism of music

Medieval European region castles abandoned neighborhoods desolated places night skies

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

I would love to go on tour with Kendrick Lamar and the reason why is because I love his flow of rap his swagger
