What inspired this song?

This is my break-up song. My ex-husband of 16 years was caught cheating with multiple women over multiple years, a total A$$hole. He is a gaslighter who loves to spin the story around to make you feel like the bad guy and the one with the problem, never him. The hardest thing to see is when he does this to his own children.

The best revenge is none. Move on and don't become like them. When they see how happy and complete your life is, they'll wish they had that. That's the best. And they don't get to love you anymore now. :)
