Bill Terry is a singer/songwriter and independent artist out of Denver, CO.
How does your background play into this song?
I am a American Veteran, that had trauma from the military and have always used my life experiences and music as an vent to express my feelings. My turning point in life was when I hit rock bottom. I feel great, love life and people and use music to inspire others.
What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
So the first song I wrote was in 2nd grade. I remember writing a Christmas song. The teacher made the class learn the song and preform singing it at the school play. She was a true hippie and great guitarist as far as I remember. Every morning she would play her guitar for the class and we would just sing!
