George Jacobs Perspective on Chosen

I am a Christian artist. I serve the living God Jesus Christ. I am called by him with my gift to lift him up and winsouls for Christ. For Christ came not to condem the world but to save it. So i am his servant passing on the good news of his Salvation to all mankind. Fot the Father sent the son that none would perish and go to hell. For when you claoe your eues for the last time there is only two places we go. To Heaven or hell. So chose wisly today. All you have to do is confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is lord and believe in your heart that he dies on the cross and rose on the third day. For our God lives. Pay attention we have a creator, and he wants the best for you especially to save your soul. In Jesus name we Pray Amen and Amen.

My Backgroubd is a heart for the 320,000 illegal migrants who are missing, plus what about our USA children who knows the number that this amounts to. I want to bring aweness to this evil deed. It is not in the news. This industry, YES Industry is bigger then the drug business. It is bring in Billions of dollars a year. We pray Lord jesus, to interven and protect our children, I doit through my gift of music.

Most likly at a very young age of four. I am a baby boomer, but I am also living in the presence of the culture and my music reflests that I write to todays culture. I am not stuck in the past.

At the age of nine I started playing guitar. My two older brothers were making fun of me, Most artist are senistive, They told me I suck and had no talent. But my Lord and Savior gifted me with this talent. What God has for us no one can take away. So I stopped playing. When i go to be 19 I relized I wanted to play guitar. So i went for lessons with a pro guitarist in NYC. I stared playing agin, and I was angry, that I let my brothers dicoureg me. So a played 10 hours a day for two years, auditioned for a group. Fisrt group ever they hired me. This Group "Chango" went on to be signed to ABC Dunhill records. At the time oneof themlargest money making labels in the world. our music went on to radio and was number 4 in the country. The Album went gold. IWe then did a scond album with Mercury when I resigned, the group wanted to go in a different musical direction then the hit Album, simiar to Santana. So I went from California back to NYC. Were I started wring again by myself. Made contact with the original Saturday night Band. The started playing my music and I was trying to get a solo album which never happened. But that was the best msuicains I ever played with. So then in the mid 80's I got born again, and put down all my music. I no longer wanted to serve the world with my music and I thought it was not healthy. Then I started going to church was born again in 1987. I totally gave up music. Went to Churh for about two years when the Lord tapped me on the shoulder and said use your music to glorify me. It was a chanllege but I stuck with it. Kept getting better at it, asking the Lord to use my talents for him not for the world or selfish reasons but to serve and win souls. So that brings us to now were my music is world class tons of views on YouTube great videos, world class music, and a world class guitar player.

Pop Christian Pop, Serving the Lord in what I write every song has to have a Godly message for the good of mankind. Amen

Big time I write for the world and the culture but serve my Lord and Savior to bring good news to the world, and all those he listen. We are in a war. good agaisnt evil. Look at our oresent state. United we Stand, Divided we fall. The worl the enemy the globalist exsist. Unit in Jesus Christ Amen and Amen

I would only go on tour with a true Christian Band, that I know is serving God, or I would pass. I do not need the fame and money, But I do want to be successful with my music, just in the way that I serve him and not the world.

Well i grew up with  Santana. I admired his music. But when I go saved, I started to relized that most secular music is self serving, and the gifts they have been given have been comprimized. God gifted them, they misused it. 

Uplifting, with a clear message who is in control of the universe, it is Jesus Christ. Not being preachy here Just sharing the facts. He is and was and is about to come. My inspiration of all my music now comes from him. Want to be inspired check me out. I am no preachy in my music, I just have a strong Godly loving message that is kind and gentle, and uplifing. Postive to bring people closer to our Savior Jesus Christ.

Frankly not interested no idols, only serve the living God and look to him as my inspiration not the world, especially dead ones.

I am careful of what I listen to and watch, for with the eyes and ears you can let things in that seem to be great but the message is not. Be carefull what you watch and what you listen to. For the enemy in the world comes asa shinnibg light. Be very careful and guard your heart.

Don't have selfish dreams, i get inspired and i am just greatful to serve my lord and Savior. We can do this by releasing great music, and inspired music. remeber our Lord is the creator of all things and gives gifts to every one. The Gift of music is not boring or shoving the bible down your throat it is gentle and has a uplifting measge of Hope. I write in all genras. I even have instrumental music with world class Neo Classical music, with my world class guitar playing. Check it out not boring at all.

Most of it is inspired in my bedroom where my studio is, when I am sleeping a lot I get upbetween 3-5 am. Check that time out. Google and the Bible says that the Lord wakes you up during this time to download a lot od stuff, for me it's lyrics, and songs and melodies.

Uplifted, inspired, and to relize there is a Gid, and that God loves them, and he sent his son to save them and give them eternal life in heaven, Jesus came to safe, he gave himself upto win our souls, Get with him is the the way the truth and the life. Amen

Yes I a a world class guitar player. Not self praise, what people tell me. I still paratice everyday, but my main focus is songwriting, and trying to connect with my source who is without inspirational ideas. For God is a creator, whe I connect with him and he inspres me I am blown away by what he creates through me, he gets all the Glory for all the greay music I create, I am not that gifted. He is.

Its all memorable, he never stops giving me creative songs, as long as I am connected and serving him, he will keep Blessing me with new songs. I am way behind. I a=have over 100 song that are not finished. It is so amaxing I get overwhelmed to keep up. All the Glory goes to the Father Abba Father In Jesus name Amen and Amen

Success is measured by staying true to my calling and winning souls for Christ. if financial success comes from it that is fine if it does not then that is fine also. I serve him not the world.

By staying true to my calling and not get tempted by money or fame. I do not seek this. I wanna be famous for Jesus in his eyes.

It is HUGH, It can also be misleading people because the financial rewards for serving the world is Hugh and the msuic they genarate can lead to destruction. The artist has to come to a Jesus moment. What good is it to gain the whole world and lose your soul. For we are are here for a certian amount of time and when we close our eyes we enter into eternity. Chose wisly where your ginna spend yours/ Thye ways of the world is  wide path, but the wys of god is a narrow path. Does the world have rules and we must obey the rules to not be arreste of thrown in jail, so are the ways of our Heavenly fathe he gave us a life manuel the Bible. read it follow it obey it Accept jesus as Lord and savior and you will have enternal life in Heaven.

Serving the world thru secular muaic rather then God inspired music and the calling of God. Every single artist has been gifted by God, it's our choice who we want to serve with it, we cannit serve money and God. But listen up If we serve God, the Bible says the love of money is evil ( means we will comprimize to get it} it also says that his financial blessings there is no sorrow, and the bible also says that monet solves all problesms, when we serve him and he blessses us. Nothing wrong with being financillly secure and making tons of money BYT HIS WAY Not the workds way

Serving the world, lost a lot of time perduing my dream rather then my calling and in the end it's way better to win with God on your side. 

Oh Boy great question. The world has and makes promises for financial success, if you do it the way the music industry does it, putting a karet before our eyes and we selling out.

Don't be a sell out and use what God has gifted you with. If we allused our talents for God then the unGodly would have no choice but to play what is created.

My guitar business funds my music buisiness

Yes it has, but I am not alone as long as i am in comntact and commuincating with my savior. I do not get weiry in well doing. For the Holy spirit keeps me on my toes. I do get tried and depressed, and wonder if my music will go viral and be a finacial blessings, who does not want that. But my main focus is to serve and be abiediiant to the calling

The Focus is on the calling the rest takes care of itself

There are many and I believe. All my music is inspired by God, yes ther are favorutes but all the music is a message, so i leave it to him
