Nick Merico was born in St. Louis, Missouri, he grew up in Miami and recently moved to Los Angeles when he turned 21. Nick's music and acting career has stretched across many platforms. He started out on YouTube where he sang covers of his favorite artists, he eventually landed his breakout role starring on the hit Nickelodeon TV show, “Every Witch Way,” bringing Nick worldwide fandom. Nick's true passion has always been to pursue music, after the Nickelodeon show ended he was challenged to find his lane and inspiration. With some time to reflect, Nick discovered his sound as having an R&B flow, electronic trap beats, and hints of Rock & Roll. In a short time after the show ended Nick released his debut single, “Save your Love,” which showed his R&B and electronic ballad style, heavy hitting drums, and swelling synths. After the release of his first single, Nick appeared on "American Idol". Nick made the "Top 20". His most recent single, “Natural,” is an anthem for living in the moment filled with catchy one-liners, an explosive drop, screaming electric guitars, and a killer hook. Although Nick’s music career has just started, his skills are growing sharply as a songwriter and his songs range from subjects about self-acceptance to his journey from the bottom (and all the heartbreaks along the way). He always tries to innovate ways in becoming a better artist and person.
