Merchandise frontman Carson Cox teamed up with Italian punk/hardcore veteran Marco Rapisarda (L'Amico di Martucci, Smart Cops, La Piovra) to form Death Index, a brooding, industrial-tinged post-punk project. The group's songs range from brief thrash numbers with razor-sharp guitars and pounding drums to slower, more isolated dirges reminiscent of Suicide.
