I’d like to do this review on some epic music that I have seen lately by Epic Music VN. They sponsor the latest epic music from each year. Much of it is original. Talk about taking you on a journey complete with highly animated graphics to make you be on the edge of your seat. I am reviewing the 2013 epic music collection. I really love the beauty of the simple chord structures and doublings on one note across many instruments. The epic choirs sound better than ever.
There are moments of higher intensity mixed with delicate and sometimes sad piano moments with soothing strings to back it up that are just gorgeous. The piano moment that I am referring to is in A minor and it starts with this soothing and predictable chord pattern that is instrumental in sad music. Then, it envelops into an epic strings conquest type song, as if we are in a bind and running a race. “True Strength” is the title of the song in question. It is so beautiful and makes you empowered. The brilliant texture makes you sad at first but gives you new hope to run. There are many more beauties in this collection that I should be writing on the near future.
