Rory or Rag 'N' Bone Man trickled through the blues and soul circuit for years. After a single encounter from performing live and taking the chance in covering a Robert Johnson song, Rag 'N' Bone Man ended up falling into the right group of individuals that have sewn together the various beats and production we hear now on the EP Wolves.
'Human' classifies action with consequence, whether a blame has been placed or an incident has been committed. Either way 'Human' tresspasses through and throws a dog a bone (irony). But 'Human' places an iconic advantage for Rag 'N' Bone Man, taking a note with Rag 'N' Bone Man's unique vocal style which is a sort of blues/soul/jazz effort. Where also the track talkes about him being a some sort of problem solver, almost like a truth seer or truth seeker. However, Rag 'N' Bone Man turns the other way stating not only can he not solve the problem but he indeed is human just like the rest.
Maybe this track was written with the thought in mind about how others throw their own issues on others, expecting anyone around them to fix the issue.
