When All of Me by John Legend came out, I and many others loved it so much that it was bound to be a “replay track” in your audio system. It was so good that it made you sing with Mr. Legend.  If not that, then at least lip sync.  And if you ever watched the music video, it just made you love it even more.  It was the designated love song of that month and months after.  It was the “our song” for couples.  Finally, it was the ultimate wedding song and for some it still is.  With the song loved so much, there was definitely a need for all aspiring artists to record a cover song of it. Among these covers, there was one that stuck out the most to me and I think it is only right for it to receive more publicity.  The All of Me Cover by Chester See.  His delivery and feeling behind the whole song almost gave a different edge to it.  With the sound of the original but style and expression of Chester See, we begin to experience a different story.  It’s as if we imagine ourselves this time at the piano and singing our hearts out especially for the one we love so dearly.  Unfortunately, with my very rusty piano skills, I’m sure in reality I would not get very far in the keynotes.  That’s fine though.  I’ll just keep to watching Chester See’s cover on his Youtube channel and keep my imagination rollin’. Chester sings the song so well.  His raspy and smooth sound switches back and forth between tones.  All this provides the emotion and pain that love sometimes gives.  The pain or struggles you’re willing to endure, knowing that who it’s with keeps you in happiness for life.  It’s the utmost expression to live the rest of your life with somebody and to love… unconditionally and selflessly.  Our own special partner we may all love in our own experiences that give us strength, confidence, and courage.  They help us to pursue and persevere through many and any obstacle in life.  Devastatingly, the loss of that person would bring your whole world crumbling down, as half of yourself would seem to die with it.  Sometimes even more than half or completely---All of Me. We all agree that love is a very powerful thing in this world and we can be glad to have music to somehow display and express even just a fraction of that strength and power. I leave you with Chester See’s cover of All of Me by John Legend:
