Oh, that velvet voice! When you hear a velvet voice you wanna wear it, don’t you? Of course, you do! It gives you coziness and pleasure like a fireplace and vodka with tomato juice. Stories being told in atmosphere like this are touching and warm: no matter if it’s drama or comedy. Keep those stories in a safe place and do not let strangers get there. Keep them in a clean and beautiful chamber. And keep chamber pop in your clean and beautiful hearts.
Tindersticks doesn’t need any introduction. So, it’s just my little essay to remember (if someone’s forgotten) and enjoy. Tindersticks is a beautiful joy of rainy and frozen poetry. Poetry in everything: melodies, lyrics and atmosphere. This band shows you everything. It’s so mature, serious and gorgeous. They are calm and worthy. Seems like they’ve seen it all and just share with us with their sad wisdom and a beautiful hope. Oh, so many words have been told about this band, and I do not know what I am doing. I’m just trying to remember some cold winters I’ve had. I’ve been listening to “Show Me Everything” and thinking of a Woman to come. The woman who’s gonna show me everything and more for my life to become complete and full of sense. So there would not be any “Trouble Everyday” no more.
My Special Someone’s gonna enjoy this. We both enjoy those dark romantics in Tindersticks music. Now we both know how it feels like showing everything to someone you love. Someone you’ve been waiting for: in trains, bars, motel rooms, empty beds – everywhere. Waiting is precious when you do k n o w. And now we are waiting again. But this process is not painful. “Waiting Room” by Tindersticks is to be released in 2016. I do know it’s gonna be precious and we’ll wear that velvet voice again. And put on those warm sounds again. Tindersticks, we are waiting in our special chamber.
