Thinking Out Loud First Impressions
This girl never stops impressing, that`s for sure. Young, but only by numbers, this smashing sunshine of vocal enchantress, Ms. Kristinia DeBarge comes out fresh out the new studio level, with the newest baby, incredibly hot EP "Thinking Out Loud". And it seems she wasn`t wrong at all doing it. Her lucid thoughts formed such a pleasure to endulge in. 25-year-old singer, dancer and actress is coming hard for that throne, when exactly on my 30th B-day party, got the chance to be in a WE TV`s Reality Show "Growin Up Hip Hop", revolving around real Hip Hop families. Now the project is directly connected to her an hour before released EP in the manner that with every one of the six episode events will host one of the songs from the "TOL" project.
As for my Thinking Out Loud thoughts, the new DeBarge version is completelly compelling new school R`n`B-dates-R`n`Bass vibing obsession. It`s emotional. It`s sassy. It`s bold and ravishing. The album has 8 jams, the opening one being the "Hol On Boy" RnBass joint, very slow turn up inviting song, something you`ll definitely want to drop down to. Soon as you finish, no Problem to keep that half-squat position, because the biggest bang is just hitting up. So many ways of sayin` she`s a "Problem" with the Problem adding to the flawa. Feeling a bit sore from all that Problem jamin`? Let`s light a "Afternoon Cigarette" right there on the spot, to burn that squat pain out. Fast trappy ticking hits and snares don`t give up fighting that slow glide of DeBarge`s voice. The grinding continues... The Golden Middle reflects so smoothly and it`s still flex time! This is something a Jasmine V did with "That`s Me Right There". "I Dont Giva" is a perfect match, that kind of vibe on point. Whine that body to it... Even more doppier the number 5 track "Amnesia". Now, what is that familliar sound you hear that starts up this jam, the chopped and screwed male vocal truncating in loop? Well, I`ll just scramble it for ya: the Justin Timberlake end of rain pouring creation "Cry Me A River". :) The beat is perfectly interpreted into this great new wave of old school Destiny`s Child "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah" back support slide vocaling. And again back to back with J.T. for the title, but except that, Kristinia`s work on this single is completely original and fresh to kick off. Now, three more to go and my senses are already satisfied with this great accomplishement by the lovely songstress, and the next one seems a bit too slow, but not at all boring for me. "Ricky Bobby" is a romantic ballad, wonderfully interpreted, that brings out the movie theme like feeling. Back to RnBass "Church" with the number 9 on the loud thoughts round table menu. The signature accented trappy singing follows the musical line of the song throughout the sensibile life story, you will have to enrol for yourself. Something in the deep darkness of it is what makes this joint unbelievably cachy. So after so much enjoyment should we finally "Fadeout"? Yeah, the Kris says so. Featured with Iamsu!, the rap club hit tops up todays RnBass plate. I have fully undeniably enjoyed this whole album, and if this month should be remembered for something big, it is definitelly Kristinia DeBarge`s booming diary "Thinking Out Loud".
