Sigma feat. Birdy Adds A Depth Of Emotional Turmoil

After the rough actions of the United States, music seems like a safe haven even more than ever. Somehow Sigma's newest music video for 'Find Me' found it's way into my line of sight. A much needed call to action via a music video. After slowly climbing down the state of shock of the previous day's events, Sigma featuring Birdy is a highly needed gift from the universe.

By casting excellent young actress Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things, Brown invokes anger, frustration and generally every emotion felt from the human experience. Vocally Sigma feature Birdy who conveys a multitude of ranges. If you are already a fan of Birdy fantastic, if not you may know Birdy as the singer who covered Bon Iver's 'Skinny Love' to a heart aching degree. Adding Birdy's vocals to this Sigma song was by far the best advice the duo could perform. Traditionally the English duo stick to a Drum and Bass signature sound. However, by expanding to new horizons as well as crafting a slight eerie piano melody.

Millie Bobby Brown has quickly become a fan favorite but it will be this young individual's acting that leaves us in a starry eyed disbelief and awe. It would be safe to say that some preteens feel a lot and do not normally have the right means to express what they should. Sigma has given those young teens a jump start towards emotional turmoil.

The directing style is personal, up close and not afraid to zoom in on every facet of outpouring feeling. I cannot express how much emotional outflow is in this music video. Sigma have out down themselves with a simplistic video. By casting the right actress, Millie Bobbie Brown who is our youth of today by giving of an air older, wiser beyond her years.

Somehow Sigma coming together with singer Birdy transforms 'Find Me' to such territory the duo may not have realized they were missing. By stripping down a singular track and focusing on the vocals, piano as well as slight synth/electronic beats has greatly adjusted Sigma towards a larger fan appeal.
