There are tons of talented people all over the world. With the net and everything, their talents reach more audiences easier than ever. Some of them are showing their creative forces, some their technicality, and some just don't know what to do with their overwhelming talent. Luckily for us, few of them employ all of their potential in the best possible way. The video you’re watching in the background is exactly that - a super-talented drummer with a great sense of humor, excellent drumming technique and a bit of a free time. He took a scene from one of the episodes of the “It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia” television series and transformed it into a Zappa-esque musical piece. His name is David Dockery, a 24-year-old musician from Ireland, which made a name for himself via his Youtube channel, emphasizing the power and flow of speech through similar videos. This particular dialogue was taken from the 10th episode of season four, ‘Sweet Dee Has A Heart Attack’, a clip in which Charlie is unraveling a conspiracy in the office where he and Mac are posing as workers, while Dockery drums along to their mad speech patterns. He explained the method of putting together so complex phrases and syncing them with the actor's’ speech with the following statement: ““There’s an app I use called AB repeat player,” he wrote on YouTube. “That lets me isolate a tiny portion of the clip, like a sentence, and then loop it over until I get the rhythm of it. Then I just think of the best way to phrase it. So I worked through it bit by bit like that, it probably took around 11 hours total.”
The video was published on Facebook on March 16 and reached over 2.5 million views in a week. Enjoy!
