The album that includes the classics "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions" was recorded in London during the summer of 1977 and published in October of the same year. The new edition will be launched on November 17.

Versions never before heard and "bonus tracks" produced during the creative zenith of Queen will be collected in a special reissue of the iconic album "News of the World" to honor its 40th anniversary , which will feature three CDs, a vinyl and a DVD.

This multi-format version, which aims to convey the most staunch fans to the kitchen of one of Queen's most successful albums , was presented at the Covent Garden Hotel in London, in an act hosted by radio announcers Matt Everitt and Bob Harris .

" News of the World " was recorded in London during the summer of 1977 and published in October of the same year, and has become the best-selling collection of Queen, with more than 6 million units worldwide , in addition to multiplying the platinum sales certification in the United States. The work includes the songs " We Will Rock You ", " We Are the Champions ", " Sheer Heart Attack ", " Get Down, Make Love ", " It's Late " and " My Melancholy Blues ", among others.

The presentation of the event, by journalist Matt Everitt, began with a video that related the arrival of the album and the impact it caused at that time , which paved the way for the quartet to become a world reference.

Then, the " Raw Sessions " were retransmitted, which will be included in CD number two of the unpublished compilation and will allow to listen to "genuine" alternative versions of each song, accompanied by spontaneous and carefree interventions by the singers at the end and beginning of the songs, typical of the idiosyncrasies of the recording.

Between artistic points and some funny comments, the CD picks up the original "mixes" of songs like "Sheer Heart Attack", " All Dead, All Dead " and "My Melancholy Blues", as well as an acoustic version of "Who needs you "and a live show in the United States of" Sleeping On The Sidewalk ", among others.

The remaining CDs contain the original version of the album that was published in 1977 and the "bonus trucks" recorded in concerts or radio programs, while the vinyl groups directly the analog tapes without mastering.

The relationship that Bob Harris had with the band was very close, which narrowed when the television presenter and radio announcer accompanied her during her tour of American lands.

This experience placed him in a privileged place to follow even more closely the expansion of the group, something that during the colloquy he remembered with nostalgia.

" What differentiates Queen from the rest of the bands is their connection with the public , they never disconnected from people like other bands despite being in increasingly larger stages," said Harris, who highlighted the proximity of the group of rock.

In fact, he illustrated this appreciation with an image that stuck in his head during a concert at Wembley, in which all the public followed with strong pats the rhythms of the 'hit' " We Will Rock You ".
