French singer, songwriter and musical interpreter Barbara Weldens, 35, died on April 19 while she was on stage giving a concert. The singer collapsed on the floor, accidentally receiving a strong electric shock while performing at the Festival de Léo Ferré in the town of Gourdon in Quercy.
The place of the event was in the church of Notre-Dame des Cordeliers (Our Lady of the Cordeliers) of Gourdon. Once the doctors came to the scene they were unable to survive the talented singer. The results of the autopsy are still unknown, because the case is still being investigated, but everything seems to indicate that the cause of death was the result of electrocution. Weldens grew up in a circus, where he learned juggling, acrobatics and trapeze with his parents and was on a promotional tour of his first album "Le grand H de l'homme" (La capitale de l'homme) that was released last 3 Of February.
