The War on Drugs announce new album and introduce Holding on

The indie rock band The War on Drugs , a few weeks after presenting their first new material after the release of Lost in A Dream in 2014, "Thinking on a Place" has just announced the launch of a new long Name of A Deeper Understanding and will see the light next the 24 of August. This production has also been mixed by Shawn Everett who has previously worked with bands such as Alabama Shakes and Julian Casablancas .

Along with the announcement the group has also decided to share a new promotional cut, "Holding On" and has revealed the tracklist of the new album.
