New York - based indie pop group The Drums, announced today the launch of a new full length album titled Abysmal Thoughts, and that will be released on 16 June. In addition, the announcement was accompanied by a first promotional cut have called "Blood Under My Belt".
It is known that the album was written and recorded entirely by the leader of the group Jonny Pierce, in the cities of Los Angeles and New York, assisted in audio engineering Jonathan Schenke (Parquet Courts, Mannequin Pussy). Pierce says about this work:
