On Sunday February 12 will be held the 59th. Grammy Awards, with which will be awarded to the best albums produced in 2016.
In the category of Album of the Year competing: "25", Adele; "Lemonade," Beyonce; "Purpose", Justin Bieber; "Views," Drake; "A Sailor's Guide to Earth," Sturgill Simpson; which include Adele, Beyonce and Drake as the strongest works.
Other albums that will be awarded are counted in the following categories:
Best traditional pop album: "Cinema", Andrea Bocelli; "Fallen Angels," Bob Dylan; "Stages Live" Josh Groban; "Summertime: Willie Nelson Sings Gershwin", Willie Nelson, and "Encore: Movie Sing Broadway Partners" Barbra Streisand.
Best pop vocal album, again nominates "25" by Adele and "Purpose" Justin Bieber; along with "Dangerous Woman", Ariana Grande; "Confident", Demi Lovato, and "This Is Acting" Sia.
As for the Best Latin pop album, they are nominated "One more kiss," Jesse & Joy; "Illusion" Gaby Moreno; "Similar", Laura Pausini; "Continue beating" Sanalejo, and "Good Life" Diego Torres.
While the category of Best Rock Album, alternative or urban Latin music are the "ilevitable" ile work; "LHON" Illya Kuryaki & The Valderamas; "Buenaventura" La Santa Cecilia; "The Rakas" The Rakas, and "Love Supreme" Carla Morrison.
We must not lose sight of the nominations for Best Tropical Latin music album: "Connection", Fonseca; "Fantasy: Tribute to Juan Formell," Formell y Los Van Van; "35th Anniversary" Grupo Niche, "La Sonora Santanera on its 60th anniversary," La Sonora Santanera, and "Where are they?" Jose Lugo & Guasábara Combo.
It will certainly be a ceremony that will give many surprises and we must keep track to see what this year will bring.
