Arctic Monkeys are working on a new album

After having devoted himself for two years to his personal work, members of Arctic Monkeys decided to meet to work on an upcoming album. This album comes three years after AM, launched in 2013 and which made a promotional tour.

Now, the British band returned to the studio in his hometown of Sheffield, to concentrate on a new recording, it is expected, it will be published during the course of 2017.

So far only rumors alluded to this project, but the news was confirmed by Alex Turner himself in an interview with the BBC.

Turner, meanwhile, works in parallel with Miles Kane in The Last Shadow Puppets project.
