Rawayana the Venezuelan group presented its third album, "Trippy Caribbean" with a concert held on Sunday December 18 from 2 to 7:30 pm, at the Francisco de Miranda Avenue at Crystal Park, with support Chacao Culture and participation of Apache and Akapellah as guest artists.
The band formed in 2007, which was unveiled in the country after participating in the Festival Nuevas Bandas 2010, is composed of Alberto Montenegro, Antonio Casas, Andrés and Alejandro Abeijón Story. Their music, which they call trippy pop, is characterized by the fusion of different rhythms and musical genres, always maintaining a Caribbean sound, heavily influenced by reggae.
With two albums to his credit - "License to be free" and "Rawayanaland" - the group presented this time their third album, through an event which wanted to "take to the streets to promote the positive things we have as nation, creativity and respect among citizens, "as expressed in a statement its members.
